Our Mission

NEOCMN's purpose is to promote educational and networking opportunities for health care professionals involved in the practice of case management related activities.

Organization Profile

Founded in 1993, Northeast Ohio Case Management Network is a regional nonprofit, tax-exempt organization operating in Cleveland, Ohio. Membership is open to all health care professionals involved or interested in the practice of case management.

NEOCMN strives to achieve its purpose and mission by providing an exchange of ideas among members at regular meetings and by hosting a regional conference. General meetings are held every other month with contact hours awarded to participants for successful completion of the program.

Board of Directors

Northeast Ohio Case Management Network is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of a President, Vice-President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Chairpersons. The immediate Past President serves a one-year term on the Board.

A NEOCMN member in good standing is eligible for nomination and election to office. Elections are held in the fall of each year. A NEOCMN member in good standing is eligible for a committee chair position. Committee chairs and committee participation is on a voluntary basis.

NEOCMN Committees

  1. Conference Committee: Responsible for setting up speakers and exhibitors for NEOCMN's annual two-day spring conference.
  2. Membership Committee: Solicits new members. Committee checks-in members at general meetings. A committee subset is the Greeting Committee which greets members as they enter the general meeting.
  3. Education and Planning Committee: Responsible for setting up general meeting speakers and exhibitors.
  4. Nominating Committee: Seeks candidates to fill the positions of Vice-President, President-Elect; Secretary and Treasurer (every other year). Confirms ballot count.
